Wired awake?

Is this you the majority of the time? Craving some downtime to rest and relax but when you have the opportunity, you either are so exhausted you cant "be bothered" to even run a bath, or you just collapse into a deep sleep for a few hours and then "bing" youre wired awake again.


This is a big breath sign that your beautiful being has been in the switched on mode a little too long (possibly years!!) and is now running off the recycled fumes of hormones that are in desperate need of nourishment and regulation.


Sometimes we develope a "new normal" from situations that arise, calling on our reserve energy to see us through, then forgetting to reestablish balance again. Or we get stuck in "flight" mode from an experience we have had, propelling our "what if" part to keep our switch on "just in case".


Regardless of the hows and whys there are wonderful supports available to help us optimise the rest and restore while being active balance.
